We delivered a customized mobile power vehicle solution based on high-efficiency electrochemical energy storage technology. The system integrates a 500kW high-power bi-directional Power Conversion System (PCS) with a 393kWh high-energy battery system into a standard vehicle, creating a "portable micro power station."

1. Project Background & Challenges
With the rapid adoption of electric vehicles and the increase in remote engineering projects, demand for flexible, reliable, and high-power temporary electricity supply has grown significantly. Traditional diesel generator trucks face issues such as high noise, pollution, slow response, and continuous fuel supply requirements. The customer needed a clean, silent, rapidly deployable, and versatile mobile power solution to address:

Emergency EV charging needs on highways or in remote areas.

Equipment power supply for off-grid scenarios such as field surveys, construction projects, and film production.

Backup power for critical events, temporary bypass during grid maintenance, and emergency response to sudden power outages.

We delivered a customized mobile power vehicle solution based on high-efficiency electrochemical energy storage technology. The system integrates a 500kW high-power bi-directional Power Conversion System (PCS) with a 393kWh high-energy battery system into a standard vehicle, creating a "portable micro power station."

B. Core Energy Storage Unit: 393kWh Liquid-Cooled Battery System (Energy Reservoir)

High-Safety Battery Cells: Utilizes BYD's high-safety Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cells, ensuring excellent thermal stability and cycle life, forming the foundation of a long cycle life LFP battery storage system.

Intelligent Liquid Cooling Thermal Management: Provides more precise temperature control and better uniformity than air cooling, ensuring optimal performance across a wide temperature range (-30°C to 55°C). Ideal for harsh outdoor environments, significantly extending battery life, exemplifying advanced outdoor ESS with liquid cooling technology.

High-Power Output (2C): The battery system supports 2C continuous discharge, meeting peak power demand up to 550kW, easily supporting full-load operation of the 500kW PCS with headroom for short-term surge loads.

High System Efficiency: Optimized energy transfer path from battery to DC bus ensures high overall system efficiency.

High Protection Rating (IP54): The entire cabinet is rated IP54, effectively protecting against dust ingress and water splashes from all directions, suitable for complex environments like sandstorms, rain, snow, and humidity.

Comprehensive Environmental Adaptation: Built-in intelligent climate control system (AC + heater) ensures internal equipment operates within the optimal temperature range under extreme conditions.

Integrated Fire Protection System: Equipped with lithium battery-specific fire suppression (e.g., fluorinated ketone or water mist systems), aerosol fire extinguishers, and early smoke detection for multi-layered safety.
